Why did you get started with your fitness journey?
My fitness journey began when my ski coach told me I needed to get stronger for skiing. I began lifting as part of a program for skiing and fell in love with the progress I was seeing. It not only helped my skiing but I started to see vast changes in my body and loved the feeling. I have been pushing myself in the gym and on the mountain ever since. 

What is your ultimate goal with fitness?
To keep challenging myself, strengthen my muscles to perform the best in skiing, and continue to make fitness a daily part of my life. 

What is your current training program?
My current summer program is a lean bulking agenda. I use a method called micro-cycling, ranging from high rep weeks to low rep weeks. I hit legs and abs 3 times a week & upper twice a week during the summer to train for the season, whereas in winter I ski 5-6 days a week so my lifting becomes maintenance. I do HIIT cardio as well as fasted morning cardio. 

What does your diet consist of?
I'm currently carb cycling for my diet regime. I eat clean 80% of the time and maintain a high carb diet due to my active lifestyle. I carb cycle with high carb days, medium carb days and low carb days. I use the Natural Protein to make Oatmeal, Oat Pancakes or Chocolate banana smoothies.

Advise to people starting out with fitness?
All good things take time. Be patient with the process and work hard. Small changes each week are the key to success.
